HOW TO CHOOSE TINTING ON A CAR
Car tinting is one of the most popular services in the field of auto detailing, which is why many car owners are worried about the quite natural question: how to choose tinting for a car? For further details, go here: nano ceramic tint
There are many types of toning, and they all differ in quality, cost, materials used, and installation method. How to choose the best option for your car among such a variety? To answer this question, you need to know what tinting methods exist in principle, as well as what advantages and disadvantages they have.
WHAT TYPE OF TINTING TO CHOOSE?
Despite the fact that some types of tinting differ greatly from each other in their characteristics, almost all tinting methods have common advantages:
· Protection of the car interior from burnout and overheating in the sun.
· Blocking ultraviolet and infrared rays.
· Retention of fragments in case of glass breakage.
· "Maxing" of the cabin from prying eyes of ordinary passers-by and intruders.
· Effective and presentable appearance of the car.
But if almost any tinting has such advantages, does this mean that all types of tinting are absolutely equal?
Of course, each tinting has its own "pros" and "cons". For example, spray tinting is a very reliable option, but only a professional master can perform this procedure. Otherwise, there is a great risk that the toning will lie unevenly, and the light transmission will be incorrect.
Electronic tinting is very effective but also very expensive. Removable tinting on a plastic or silicone base is not liked by everyone because of the need to constantly remove it and then glue it again.
Most drivers have long weighed all the pros and cons, choosing the best option for themselves both in terms of cost and all other important characteristics. This is a classic film tinting. It fully meets all of the above requirements, is affordable, easy to use and quite easy to remove and install.
WHICH FILM TO CHOOSE FOR CAR TINTING?
When choosing a film for tinting a car, you should pay attention to three important points:
FILM TYPE
You can choose absolutely any film for tinting - metallized, chameleon, or, for example, ordinary dyed. The only exception is mirror film, which is prohibited by law due to its property of distorting real objects.
MANUFACTURER
The best manufacturers of tint films are deservedly considered two American firms - Llumar and ASWF . Films of these brands are used by the craftsmen of our Garage Style tinting centers. There are many Chinese brands among manufacturers, but their films, as a rule, fade very quickly, are difficult to remove and do not provide the proper level of protection from ultraviolet radiation, IR radiation, as well as from sun glare and overheating of the interior.
LIGHT TRANSMISSION
When choosing a film, remember about GOST, according to which the level of light transmission of the windshield must be at least 75%, and the side windows must be at least 70%. Do not forget that the glasses of each car are initially factory-tinted, so the degree of their light transmission is less than 100%.
